We believe our business is unique to Upstate New York with emphasis on homemade baked treats and premium foods. Our customer service sets us apart from many of the larger chain operations. We focus on providing pet owners with knowledge of our products and helping them choose the food / treat / item most appropriate for their pet.

We came up with the idea for Storybook Dog Bakery after Matt went to California and noticed a growing trend in pet specialty shops, especially dog bakeries. We saw the need to fill the gap in this region and decided to invest in a healthier, happier pet population.

We also support local pet groups, meet-ups, and other organizations.
